Asta recognises that all insurance products are purchased by customers to provide protection in the event of a loss. Asta's overarching claims philosophy is to ensure that any claim made on any insurance policy underwritten by an Asta managed syndicate will be handled promptly and that the customer making the claim is treated fairly. Asta will ensure that no claim is unreasonably rejected, no policy is terminated or avoided so as to unreasonably reject a claim and that once settlement is agreed, payment is effected expeditiously.
