LONDON: 13th June 2025 – Asta, the leading third-party managing agent at Lloyd’s, today announces the appointment of Stuart Logue to the position of CFO, subject to regulatory approval.

Logue brings more than 30 years of financial management experience across the financial services sector. He joins from Flood Re, where he mostly recently served as interim CEO since August 2024, following a successful tenure as the company’s CFO. Throughout his career, Logue has held several senior positions, including CFO at emergency repairs specialist HomeServe and deputy CFO at Ageas UK. He has also held key leadership roles at Canopius Group, Direct Line Group and RBS, demonstrating a consistent track record of guiding organisations through growth and transformation.

Logue replaces Richard Barke who is moving to a senior leadership role at Asta’s owner, Davies.

Asta also recently appointed Sian Fisher and Andrew Neden as independent non-executive directors (iNEDs) on the AMA board.

Neden also takes on the role of audit chair, subject to regulatory approval. He brings four decades of experience in the financial sector, including 10 years’ experience as a non-executive board member and currently sits on the board of ABC Bank International as an iNED and audit chair. In addition, Neden is audit and Remco chair at ClearBank UK and chair of Kingdom Bank. Neden’s appointment to the AMA board follows almost two decades at KPMG, rising to the role of COO.
